overcooked bacon tiny sink
the staff was friendly enough.
The stairs were VERY steep. Carrying luggage up was a real struggle. the breakfast wasn't as good as i'd hoped. The bacon was overcooked. also, the sink in the bathroom was tiny. Water splashed everywhere.

the room stayed clean and well maintained.
bacon at breakfast was overcooked. the bathroom sink was too small it caused flooding. narrow winding stairs made moving suitcases difficult.

missing fire door berry yoghurt
The room was spacious. This aspect met my basic expectations.
The stairs proved difficult. There was no fire door on the kitchen, and this oversight raised immediate safety concerns. the breakfast menu advertised Greek yoghurt, it instead offered berry yoghurt, this was a disappointment.

the staff assisted quickly and efficiently with check-in i found this helpful. the room matched the description given on the website. breakfast included several choices. parking was convenient across the road on cliff street.
the winding stairs were a bit difficult with luggage.

great location gorgeous room friendly staff amazing scones
The location is seriously unbeatable, right in the heart of everything! our room was gorgeous and had every amenity we could possibly need. the staff at the cafe were beyond friendly. They were so helpful! breakfast was a total highlight with amazing scones baked fresh every single day.
the stairs up to the room were quite steep.

furnished room maintained room friendly staff
i found the room beautifully furnished and well kept. the bathroom was a great size, and i appreciated how clean everything was. the staff were cheerful and friendly too!
the stairs were steep, so it might be difficult for people with mobility issues.

Comfortable and Well-Located Stay
extra storage comfy bed morning coffee
The room had extra storage space for clothes and bags. The bed was very comfy (I slept like a baby!). I enjoyed great coffee in the morning.
The bacon was overcooked at breakfast. The sink in the bathroom was too small and a poor design. It kept flooding the side and floor when washing.
